My Dream Future Developments

I am currently working as an entrepreneur, so opening a rice ball shop is my immediate goal.
It's not a dream.

My dream is for Hiroshima to become an even more lively and fun place, and an even easier place to live in. It would be fantastic if this could eventually lead to job creation, but there's only so much I can do alone to make that dream come true.

In the future, I would like to share the know-how I have gained with many people, and I hope that it will become the norm for people younger than me to take on new challenges without fear. To achieve this, I believe that I need to continue to take on new challenges and keep moving forward.

Please support Higashi Kaho both as a rice ball shop owner and as an entrepreneur!

Thank you all for your support.

[Announcement of changes to plans and renewed thoughts]

Thank you so much for taking a look at this project.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has provided us with support and encouragement up to now.

Initially, the plan for this rice ball shop was to start with a small store of about 10 to 15 tsubo (approximately 33 to 55 sq. m). However, as we continued to search for a property, we found that the property we had originally envisioned was
While I was on a sales tour around the country, I ended up going to another person.
To be honest, it's not that I didn't feel any regret.
On the other hand, I traveled around the country, met people in various places, shared my thoughts,
Because we continued to challenge ourselves...
An unexpected connection remained in Hiroshima.
The property we are currently considering came about when the owner of our current building asked us, "If you haven't decided on a property yet, why not try this location?"
The plan, which was supposed to start small, turned into a larger scale than expected.
I feel that this was not a coincidence, but rather a natural extension of the challenges I had taken on up until now.

As a result, there were major changes to the original plan.
The cost of the store alone, including acquisition, interior decoration, equipment costs, and operating capital, is approximately 25 million yen.
Furthermore, if we include the storage warehouse for rice, which is essential for an onigiri shop, the total business scale is approximately 40 million yen.

The minimum target amount for this crowdfunding campaign is 7 million yen.
This is not a "total amount" for this big challenge.
We have set this as the foundational funding to ensure this store becomes a reality.

Regarding the shortfall in funds, we plan to proceed with the project with the intention of obtaining a full loan.
By achieving the minimum target amount, we will increase the reliability of financial institutions and the feasibility of business plans.
We will make this challenge a reality.

Please note that the total cost has increased due to this change in plan.
Our initial goal of a minimum target of 7,000,000 yen remains unchanged.

This project is not about "building a big store,"
"Making Hiroshima a more interesting, livable city where taking on new challenges is the norm"
Because the purpose is to:

There are limits to what I can do on my own.
That's why I want to continue taking on new challenges myself and pass on the process and know-how to the next generation.

As a rice ball shop owner and as an entrepreneur,
We will continue to move forward.

We would like to ask for your continued warm support and encouragement.

Kaho Azuma
